NON-PROFIT DESIGNATION

The Governors District Alliance is a corporation that is organized exclusively as a nonprofit corporation for charitable, educational, and social welfare purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code.

 

The primary purpose of the corporation is to promote the common good and the general and social welfare of the City of Grimes, Iowa, by promoting the development of commercial and residential growth within the downtown business district of the City of Grimes in cooperation with the Grimes Area Chamber of Commerce.
